What Exhibitor Options are available in 2021?

SIMA will hold four (4) in-person Symposium Roadshows in 2021!  Each location - Minneapolis, Cleveland, and Philadelphia - will include a trade show for vendors to display their product/s.

What COVID-related protocol will be in place at the Roadshow events?

The following items will be implemented on the Trade Show Floor:

  • Face coverings required for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff
  • Hand sanitizers placed throughout the floor
  • Scheduled trade show times for each pod
  • Designated Entrance & Exits
  • Zipper floorplan and/or 10ft space between booths
  • Booth staff limited based on square footage
  • Strict 'No-Handshaking' policy - use the app to connect instead
  • No giveaways or booth snacks allowed
  • Provided floor lines to stick in front of counters/demos as exhibit sees fit
  • One-way aisles and social distance reminder decals throughout the exhibit floor, if applicable
  • Optional plexi-glass fixtures available to rent, if applicable

All registered participants (attendees, exhibitors, etc) will be required to agree to SIMA's Code of Conduct prior to the event.
