Oftentimes, there is a disconnect between what the sales team sells and how the operations can execute. Sales and operations team members from Wisconsin-based Winter Services will share the process and importance of teamwork — before, during and after the handoff.

Action planning roundtable discussions will pull all ideas together for actionable 'next steps' for snow teams.

Strength in Numbers

Engage with SIMA and its Board in an action learning model to drive the industry forward in the development of best practices, standards and a focus on problem solving industry advocacy, property management communications, slip and fall liability and employee recruitment, retention and development.

Event Platform

This workshop will be hosted in Remo – a platform great for small group networking!  Participants are able to share their camera and microphone with others around the table for a chance to converse and meet new people before/after the presentations.
